Staying fit has always been an important topic of discussion, one need only to go and test themselves by climbing the dune of Pilat. Located in France, it is the largest sand dune in Europe separated beautifully by the ocean on one side and the forest on the other. This video is a short clip featuring the Hand Stand Man
